At Satvik Naturals, we are committed to delivering your products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are generally processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking information through your registered contact details.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 working days

• Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Courier Partners

We may ship orders through trusted logistics and courier partners, which may include:

• Delhivery

• Blue Dart

• DTDC

• XpressBees

• Ekart

• India Post

The courier partner may vary depending on your delivery location and order requirements.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number or tracking link may be shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

• We may offer free shipping above a specified order value, subject to the offer applicable at the time of purchase.

• Orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold may be charged a nominal shipping fee.

• Additional charges may apply to certain remote or difficult-to-service locations.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order has been dispatched, you may receive:

• Tracking/AWB number

• Courier partner details

• Tracking link

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor your shipment until delivery.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct:

• Name

• House/Flat/Shop number

• Street/Area

• City

• State

• Pincode

• Contact number

Delivery may fail due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Incorrect pincode

• Phone number being unreachable

• Customer being unavailable

• Refusal to accept the package

• Repeated failed delivery attempts

If an order is returned to us due to customer-related reasons, additional re-shipping charges may apply for another delivery attempt.

Any applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Satvik Naturals is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural calamities

• Severe weather conditions

• Strikes or transportation disruptions

• Festivals and peak-season courier volumes

• Government restrictions

• Courier operational issues

• Other unforeseen circumstances

However, our customer support team will assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving delivery-related issues wherever possible.

8. Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A visibly tampered or opened package

• A leaking or broken product

• A product different from what you ordered

please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please provide:

• Order number

• Photographs of the package

• Photographs/videos of the product

• Unboxing video, if available

• Description of the issue

After verification, Satvik Naturals may arrange an eligible replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.

9. International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is not available.

Satvik Naturals currently ships orders within India only.
